When you find something that works with your existing wardrobe, speaks to your personality perfectly and makes you feel like a million bucks you want to wear it again and again!
And sometimes you want to buy it again and again and again ( in every color) even if you end up searching years for it! 😉
That happened to me with this Uniqlo Corduroy Suit!

Part One. The Navy Suit
A few years ago, I bought a corduroy suit from Uniqlo’s collaboration with Ines de la Fressange: a single-breasted blazer with a slightly masculine silhouette, perfect medium-width corduroy, and a deep navy-blue color. And wide, floor-length trousers. I ended up choosing the whole suit in size L so I could wear it with a sweater or just over a bra for a relaxed look.
*It’s worth noting that both the navy and yellow blazers were rare finds — they fit me perfectly off the rack, with no need for tailoring. I have quite long arms, so women’s blazers often end up with sleeves that are too short, which usually drives me to buy men’s jackets and have them shortened. But these were perfect!

At the time, I noticed that the collection also included the same suit in burgundy and cream-yellow. But I went with navy — you know “when in doubt, choose navy.”

I started wearing it almost every other day and soon fell so in love with the suit that I decided to get it in the other colors as well. But unfortunately, it was already sold out in stores and online.
