What is The SartoriaLIST?

The SartoriaLIST is a fashion platform curated by two fashion-obsessed people!

My girlfriend Anastasia Novaia and I will post about womenswear! Shopping (lots of shopping), styling, outfit advice, what we love from the runways plus our favorite books, fashion movies and travel.

I’ll also post about my very personal take on menswear, plus insights and tips on photography and behind-the-scenes stories of my favorite photographs.

We’ll also post Style Profiles on some of the most stylish people we’ve met over the years.

Who is The SartoriaLIST?

It’s me, Scott Schuman, I created The Sartorialist, one of the first fashion social media brands, almost twenty years ago and I’ve documented street and runway fashion from cities all around the world ever since. I’ve photographed and wrote five books; three on street fashion with Penguin, one on India with Taschen and a menswear book with Rizzoli (a sixth book ,again, with Taschen is on the way). In 2012 I won the CFDA Eugenia Sheppard Media award and my photographs are in the permanent collections of the Victoria & Albert Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Photography in Tokyo. My images have been included in many exhibits including the Icons of Style: A Century of Fashion Photography.

The SartoriaLIST also Anastasia Novaia, my partner, and one of the smartest and most stylish women I’ve ever met! Anastasia has a great mind for the business of fashion honed over years as a merchandising consultant. She also has a great eye, effortlessly mixing designer brands, vintage finds and resale treasures to create a seriously cool personal style.

How often do you publish?

We will post twice a week! A women’s post curated by Anastasia and myself on Friday and a men’s on Tuesday.

Every other week I’ll post about photography, travel or street style.

How much is a subscription?

A subscription is $7 a month, $70 for a year subscription and $200 for a Founder’s subscription that goes a long way in supporting the work we do.
